Production/Safety Manager
Responsibilities – Overview:
Basic supervision of production employees
Quality control and testing of all manufactured products
Safety and quality training of new hires and re-training of current staff
Daily assignment of work to all sections of production
Supervision and training of all safety policies and procedures
Compiling of required reports and documentation
Interviewing, hiring and training of production employees
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Experience as a supervisor or manager in a production environment
Related education/experience
Safety background, including training of employees

Marketing Director
Responsibilities – Overview:
Develop and impplement successful Sales campaigns
Work closely wioth Sales Manager and staff
Produce annual product catalog
Maintain Web Site
Manage Show Booth and Trade Shows
Analyze and manage seperate marketing strategies for related markets
Manage In-House lead system
Artist Relations
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Educational background and/or experience in Marketing
Knowledge of Entertainment/Music Industry
Experience in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, and WordPress
Communication skills-verbal and written
Organizational Skills – working with timelines

Inside Sales
Account Associate
Responsibilities – Overview:
Maintaining existing accounts primarily through telephone/electronic communication
Prospecting new accounts
Processing related paperwork
Occasional travel – Trade Shows – Client Visits
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Successful sales background
Familiarity with/or educational experience in our product/customer base
Ability to assist and process technical data
Communication skills – written and verbal

Purchasing Manager
Responsibilities – Overview:
Manage the purchasing process including the buying, selling and quoting, etc.
Review and provide pricing support for new project proposals
Communicate with the marketing and sales team to complete procurement
Analyze existing purchasing processes
Implement improvements to existing purchasing processes and inventory systems
Handle negotiations with vendors and suppliers
Review suppliers based on quality, cost and reliability
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Secondary educational background in desired or related field
Prior experience working in the purchasing environment
Working knowledge of purchasing procedures and negotiation techniques in the industry
Verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills in managing a windows based IT system

Office Support Staff
General Business
Responsibilities – Overview:
Basic Data Entry/Invoicing
Reconciling daily reports and work
Arranging truck shipments and preparing appropriate documents
Preparing International documents
Processing Credit Cards
Provide Shipping Quotes to Sales and Purchasing
Collection on past due accounts
Accounts Payable and Reconciling Receiving to Invoices
Daily Deposit
Opening New Accounts
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Ability to work effectively on a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
Awareness of urgency
Ability to effectively interact with a professional attitude within and outside the department
Computer skills in managing a windows based system

Wire Technician
Responsibilities – Overview:
Prepare wires and terminate a variety of cables by soldering, crimping or screwing connectors
Inspect and test finished products
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
Ability to read and build from simple wiring schematics
Learn and retain a range of assembly procedures and techniques
Work independently to complete assigned work in a timely manner
Able to use a variety of hand tools including but not limited to a soldering iron, crimpers, assorted power tools, screwdriver, heat guns and wire strippers
